The system will be suitable to assess on your 1 daylight press having daylight pitch of 195 mm. First height 900mm. The system will be suitable to assess from 8 feet side opening of the press. 1. Individually mechanically operated Wheeled CAGE: 1 Nos. For holding forming stacks size 1200x2400mm of 1 shelves. Each shelve furnished with slide-rolls for smooth movements of forming stacks to & fro. Each shelves provided with individual side guide rollers with bearing to minimize friction and Enhance aligned Loading & Unloading. The cage-shelves matching with the geometry of press daylights. Cages installed on wheeled trolley with drive system moving on common tracks. Cages travelling left-right on tracks to access lift and press. The Cage properly positioned by Proxy- switches with proper interlocks while in operation. Cage travel speed: 120 mm/sec. 2. Hydraulically operated PUSHER-PULLER: 2 Nos. (Extra If Required) For simultaneously pulling out cured stacks of all daylights and simultaneously pushing in uncured stacks in all daylights for the transfer to & fro between the Cage & Press. This helps to avoid disturbance in raw assembly stacks. The grabbing of carrier plates while pulling operated pneumatically. The Stationing of Pusher-Puller at proper position is controlled by limit-switches. The Sliding-Beam of Pusher-Puller-Arm is sturdy and with machined slide-surfaces. The rigid Arm-Carriage is furnished with heavy m.s. rollers having heavy-duty bearings for durability against repeat-cycle 3. Hydraulically operated ELEVATOR-LIFT: 1 Nos. (Extra If Required) The new design of the lift instead of scissors operating on pivots, the lift top sliding vertically and guided by rollers on dual beam structure on either side. Vertical movement carried out through Twin hydraulic cylinders Operating Synchronized and guided on rollers with bearings which gives long life maintenance free operations of the lift. The Lift elevator lowering and raising affected by limit switches to ensure proper stationing. The lift elevator raising & lowering speed at 90mm/second. The Lift top-surface furnished with two motorised Twin Chain Conveyors. One Conveyor to pull out the forming stacks one by one from the Cage and to transfer over to your Breaking-Table.
